Main raw materials for hot melt marking paint

1.Synthetic resin (petroleum resin): Petroleum resin used in hot melt coatings is a solid resin, whose function is mainly reflected in the fluidity and adhesion of hot melt coatings. 2.Coloring Pigments: Hot melt coatings are divided into two types: white and yellow, and different pigments are added to different colors of hot melt coatings. White materials mainly include titaniumdioxide; Yellow materials mainly include medium chrome yellow, etc.

3.Physical pigments: The physical pigments of hot melt coatings are the main components of hot melt coatings, also known as the main materials. Physical pigments mainly include calcium carbonate, quartz sand, wollastonite powder, Calcite powder, talc powder, etc.

4. Reflective glass beads: The role of reflective glass beads in hot melt coatings is to achieve a certain reflective effect by forming a 1 to 30 degree retroreflection principle when illuminated by night light on glass beads on road markings.

5. Additives: The main function of additives in hot melt coatings is to regulate the fluidity, workability, film flexibility, drying speed, etc. Additives mainly include vegetable oil, mineral oil, whitening agents, silicone oil, antioxidants, etc.
